Shipping and Handling Cost - Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
- Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address.
- The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout.
- If for any reason the purchaser decides to cancel your orders after the products has already shipped or if the purchaser refuses the packages from the carrier, the purchaser will be charged a restocking fee of 25% as well as the freight.
Return Policy - Items eligible for returns, other than warranty returns, must be new, unopened merchandises.
- Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for credit and may be subject to 25% restocking fee.

- Once we issue RMA number to you, you may box the item securely and enclose the invoice plus all original packaging.
- Mail the package within ten (10) days of the RMA number issue date.
- Returned items not meeting the requirements above will not be accepted and no exchange or refund will be issued.
- Party of sender is obligated to the shipping cost. The sender bears the responsibility for goods damaged during returned shipping process.
